Palin, Fiorina, and HP

Plunderbund has a few chuckles over Carly Fiorina’s latest boneheaded statement (to add to her list of many of them)

Carly Fiorina, a key surrogate for John McCain on economic issues, said on Tuesday that Sarah Palin does not have the experience needed to run a major company like the one that Fiorina formerly headed.

Well to be fair, Carly Fiorina pretty much proved she didn’t have the experience needed to run HP either.  Hell, I bet Sarah Palin could have easily run HP better than Carly did.  Although that’s not exactly a high bar to clear.

Put me in charge!  I’ll run HP into the ground for 10% of what they paid Carly to do it!  Somebody muzzle Carly before she botches yet another operation.

  3. Can’t disagree with much of that, Dave.

@2: Yeah. Nobody at Plunderbund has been successful at all in the private sector. LOL. Like you’d even know.

  4. I think that is the last that Fiorina will be heard from. No big loss.

That is a dumb thing to say, and if someone from the Obama campaign said something dumb I’d surely be all over it.
