It envisages the creation of the following tips: Technical Youth Council, State Council of youth, Council of institutional coordination

GUADALAJARA, JALISCO (31 / Jan/2012)-points on constitutional, legislative studies and regulations Committee approved the opinion of Decree issuing the Act of attention to the youth of the State of Jalisco and to reform various articles of the organic law of the Jalisco Institute of youth.  

The new system, for young people between 12 and 29 years, creates the State youth system, comprising public institutions, decentralized agencies, secretariats of Government and youth councils, which they will be developed, analysed and implemented public policies, strategies and programmes.  

MP Mariana Fernández Ramírez, who presented the initiative, said the opinion joined the constitutional points Committee and said that this State system of youth will develop through the Youth Institute of Jalisco.  

Thus, he added, is expected to the creation of the following tips: Technical Youth Council, State Council of youth, Council of institutional coordination.  

At the meeting of the constitutional points Committee, Mrs Mariana Fernandez thanked the support received his initiative and noted that it is the first law which is issued with these characteristics.  

Meanwhile that members Jesus Casillas Romero, Chairman of that Committee and the members Raul Vargas Lopez and Enrique Castro Aubry Palomino, expressed you recognition effort carried out to achieve legislation of such scope.
