The author of the attack of July 22 in Norway requested his immediate release

Copenhagen, Denmark (06/FEB/2012)-ultraderechista Anders Behring Breivik, self-confessed author of the double bombing of July 22 in Norway which killed 77 people, today called for their immediate release and that condecore you for what it considered patriotic acts.

In the view to prolong pre-trial detention, Breivik reiterated that it assumes the facts, but pleaded not guilty, because it believed that he acted “in an emergency situation” for my people, my culture and my own country, threatened by those who considered defenders of multiculturalism which, in his opinion, are destroying Norway.

“Attacks against the complex Government were directed against traitors who commit cultural destruction, deconstruction of the Norwegian ethnic group.” “It is the same as Norwegian ethnic cleansing,” said Breivik, which caused some laughter in the interior of the room, where they were present survivors of the attacks.

The Catholic fundamentalist proclaimed their status as “militarist militant, a commander of the Knights Templar in Norway” and cautioned that “the Norwegian resistance movement” will continue to fight against the “traitors” of the Labour Party, which has governed this Scandinavian country in recent years.

Breivik, who read a manuscript carried with it, felt that the double bombing was a “pre-emptive strike” and that he deserves the war cross with three swords, the highest distinction given by the Norwegian authorities by patriotic acts.

The hearing was the second, of the five that have been held since his arrest six months ago, open to the public, but the first in which Breivik agreed to be photographed for a few minutes, before being made the Court.

Dressed with a brought dark, and handcuffed, Breivik outlined a smile upon entering the room and made a greeting with your arms extended forward.

His lawyer, Geir Lippestad, confirmed then that Breivik had previously aimed at making the fascist salute.

The Norwegian ultraderechista requested the disqualification of the judge, because its mandate has been given “by the organizations who support multiculturalism”, and he criticised the psychiatric report that has been made, and which concludes that he suffers from schizophrenia, “ridiculous”.

Breivik also reiterated that he doesn’t think to undergo further psychiatric examinations for the new report requested by the courts, although they can force him to do so.

It is expected that the judge announce at 13: 30 GMT the resolution concerning the extension for twelve weeks of pre-trial detention, which Breivik could remain in jail until the start of the trial on April 16.

Norwegian Supreme must decide in the next few days on the Breivik appeal against the appointment of other two different psychiatrists to make him a new psychiatric report.

The previous report, made public in November, concluded that Breivik suffers from “paranoid schizophrenia”, which according to Norwegian law prevents a penalty of imprisonment, which would be replaced by a hypothetical condemnation to forced psychiatric treatment.

Breivik detonated a car bomb in the complex Government of Oslo, where eight people died on 22 July and then immediately moved to the island of Utøya, 45 kilometers from the capital, where shot indiscriminately and killed other 69.
