Mexico City (FEB/04/2012)-Federal police elements arrested in León, Guanajuato, to José Antonio Torres Marrufo, alias ‘the Marrufo’, identified as the leader of the criminal organization ‘Gente Nueva’, armed wing of the cartel of the Pacific and in the service of Joaquin ‘Chapo’ Guzmán, Chihuahua.
