In various operating elements of the army made the confiscation of drugs and weapons of various calibers: there are five detainees

ZAPOPAN, JALISCO (FEB/06/2012)-La 15 military zone reported that during the last few days seized arms and drugs in different actions, detained five people and dismantled a laboratory to develop synthetic drug in Jalisco.  

He indicated that at the checkpoint of the village La Lobera, of the municipality of San Cristóbal in la Barranca, seized 37 kilograms with 500 grams of marijuana and a vehicle.  

He added that on the road section Ayotlán-Atotonilco El Alto, to the height of the village known as Mirandillas, in the municipality of Ayotlán, arrested two people and seized them eight kilograms of marijuana.  

He noted that in the vicinity of the village Los Laureles, municipality of Tequila, seized 150 kilograms of marijuana.  

He added that in the village La Lobera, municipality of San Cristóbal in la Barranca, seized two long guns, a short gun, three magazines, three cartridges, and 240 kilograms of marijuana.  

He stressed that in the municipality of Ojuelos, they arrested a person with a short gun, 11 cartridges, one kilogram of marijuana, 69 grams of cocaine and 24 grams of ‘crystal’.  

He noted that in the municipality of Ocotlán, arrested a person with a short gun, three Chargers, 38 cartridges and two vehicles.  

He stressed that in the colony El Vergel, municipality of Tlaquepaque, they arrested a person with two kilos with 650 grams of marijuana and a vehicle.  

He pointed out that military personnel established at the checkpoint of the Zapotiltic municipality, seized a short gun, a charger and four cartridges.  

He stressed that in the municipality of Yahualica de González Gallo, had spotted a clandestine laboratory for production of synthetic drugs, and seized more than four tons of chemical substances.  

He explained that in that place they seized 22 dairy farms with capacity of 200 liters plastic each containing chemical substance inside, 400 kilograms of soda caustic, two reactors, a freezer, five boxes of foil, two tanks of gas L.P. with capacity 30 kg and a vehicle.  

He said that with the dismantling of this clandestine laboratory, they joined six that have been located in the jurisdiction of the territorial command this year.
