The leaders of France and Germany urged the Government and the leaders of the Socialist Party and conservative Greek to agree to the adoption of agreed reforms

Paris, France (06/FEB/2012)-French President Nicolas Sarkozy and German Chancellor Angela Merkel, warned today Greece that may be blocked the new funds if the authorities of that country do not get underway compromised reforms.

“The situation of Greece has to settle once and for all,” Sarkozy said at the end of the Franco-German Council of Ministers that took place today in Paris.

Merkel said that “time is short” and called “act quickly” because the current situation created by the delay in the implementation of reforms in Greece poses “a substantial challenge”.

Leaders of France and Germany urged the Government and the Greek leaders of the Socialist Party and conservative to agree to the adoption of the reforms agreed with the international troika.
