The alternative scene Crown Lisa LeBlanc

After having sacred Revelation of the year at the last gala de L’ADISQ, Lisa LeBlanc received Sunday evening the consent of the “emerging” scene at the GAMIQ, the alternative from the Quebec independent music Gala.

The Acadian singer was sacred artist of the year and newcomer of the year, in addition to the prizes for the best song of the year for the title that made him known, today, my life, it’s the shit.

Lisa LeBlanc did however not win in the category Album country, advanced this time by the dynamic group rascals, who also returned home with the prize of the show of the year. Group with no helmet and its singer and songwriter Stéphane Lafleur received the award for songwriter of the year, such as when the last of the ADISQ gala. The Group also made the folk Album of the year.

The GAMIQ also highlighted the work of Philippe B (videoclip), the sisters Boulay (new artist to the largest potential), Grimes (pop Album), Alaclair set (hip hop Album) and Half Moon Run (indie-rock Album).
