• Awarded eight orders of arrest warrants for alleged involved in perpetrators

GUADALAJARA, JALISCO (FEB/02/2012).-the Attorney General of Justice of the State of Jalisco (PGJEJ) obtained from the tenth criminal court eight orders of arrest warrants against as many people, allegedly involved in the killing of four students and the father of one of them, whose bodies were found buried in the premises of the Federation of students of Guadalajara (FEG) last December.

Among those who arrest order was issued is Gerardo Godoy Solano, alias “El Sigua”, who on Thursday rose it roots which was, so it already was transferred to the preventive Puente Grande prison for his alleged responsibility in the crime of homicide.

Eight persons against whom arrest warrants were obtained, six are accused of homicide (including Gerardo Godoy Solano) and the other two by the offence of concealment.

In addition, the public prosecutor’s Office that integrates the preliminary investigation of the case left cause open against eight others that there evidence of their participation in the facts.

As previously reported, in addition to “El Sigua”, the PGJEJ retained three minors, who at the time were referred to the first court specializing in comprehensive justice for adolescents where issued them auto linking procedure for the conduct criminalized in homicide.
